SHIPPING:
We ship Priority USPS mail. Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on location, and time of year. Once order is shipped, it cannot be rerouted, and we will have to wait for your package to be returned to sender to take further action. If order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping charges ($6) may apply. We do not offer overnight shipping.
FREE WEST FARGO IN STORE PICKUP:
LOCATION: Inside Magnolia Salon Suites: 5621 36th Ave South, Fargo. Please schedule a PICK UP time. LOCATION WILL BE MOVING SOON.
Items must be picked up within 14 days of ordering, unless otherwise specified in "order notes" or by contacting us to arrange an extended time-frame. Orders will be available for pickup as soon as 3 days after placing order, unless other arrangements are made.

RETURNS:
At Birchwood, we try our best to be return-friendly. We love our product *as we hope you do* and want to stand behind it and make sure that you end up with items that you truly enjoy. To make the return process easy, please follow these little rules:

All sale items are final sale.

Any items purchased must be returned within 14 days of receiving item(s).

All returns must be unworn + unwashed + unused, with tags attached.

Include the original receipt with the items you wish to return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake make on our end.

Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment used.
Return items may be shipped back to Birchwood (address below) -OR- brought into our brick + mortar location (please contact to schedule a time).

EXCHANGES:
Due to our quick turnaround we cannot offer exchanges. The easiest method of receiving a different size/style is to place a completely new order, and return the item(s) that did not work out.

CHANGING OR CANCELING:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, simply call or text us at, 701-343-3596, as soon as possible, and if we have not packed and shipped your item(s), we would be more than happy to make changes or cancel your order.
