Salon Policies

Birchwood Salon and Boutique has a no refund policy on services completed. I offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the service completion.

Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. I offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days on products/tools.

Appointments that go past 7pm on weekdays or that are scheduled on a Saturday will be charged an additional $10/hour due to high demand for these times.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled services at the time of cancelation or before scheduling another appointment. If you do NOT contact me to cancel your appointment or do NOT show up for your appointment your card on file will be charged 100% of the total service amount.
